4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
10.75 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup crushed buttery crackers (about 1 sleeve)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix the crushed buttery crackers with the melted butter until well combined.
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top of the chicken casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
