Description

These Mini Garlic Monkey Breads are perfect for garlic and bread lovers alike! Made with soft dough and coated in a flavorful garlic butter mixture, each mini bread is baked to golden perfection and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. The result is a savory, pull-apart treat that’s ideal for snacking, as a side dish, or for parties.

18 frozen Rhodes Dinner Rolls, thawed (or 2 cans of refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits, 7.5 oz each)
6 tablespoons salted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus 2 more tablespoons for topping)


Instructions

Prepare the Dough:
Thaw the frozen dinner rolls, which may take 3 to 4 hours, so plan ahead.
Alternatively, you can use refrigerated buttermilk biscuits.
Preheat Oven and Prep Muffin Pan:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Spray the cups of a 12-count muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Quarter each thawed dinner roll or biscuit and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter and Coat Dough:
In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley flakes.
Toss 6 dough pieces in the garlic butter mixture until fully coated. Then, place the 6 coated pieces into one muffin cup, pressing them gently to fit snugly.
Assemble and Bake:
Repeat the process for the remaining dough pieces and place them in the remaining muffin cups.
Sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, evenly divided.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or until the monkey breads are golden brown.
Serve and Enjoy:
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the tops with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, and serve warm.
