Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 24 tater tots, pre-cooked until crispy
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
  • 12 small pickle slices
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves, cut into small pieces
  • Mayonnaise, for serving
  • Ketchup, for serving
  • Toothpicks, for assembly

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Beef Patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter.
  2. Cook the Patties: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the mini beef patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. During the last minute of cooking, place a small square of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  3. Assemble the Sliders: Start with a crispy tater tot as the base. Add a small dollop of mayonnaise, a piece of lettuce, a cheese-topped beef patty, a slice of cherry tomato, and a pickle slice. Top with another tater tot, and secure everything together with a toothpick.
  4. Serve: Arrange the completed mini tater tot sliders on a serving platter. Serve immediately with ketchup and additional mayonnaise for dipping.
