1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
3 cups mixed berries (frozen or fresh) ππ

1 teaspoon lemon zest π
2 tablespoons maple syrup π
2 tablespoons cornstarch π½

Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the oven to 400ΛF (200ΛC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. π₯
2οΈβ£ In a mixing bowl, combine the mixed berries, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, and cornstarch. Mix well. ππ
3οΈβ£ Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 4 rectangles. Place each piece on the baking sheet, ensuring they are 2 inches apart. π
4οΈβ£ Scoop the berry mixture onto the center of each pastry rectangle, leaving about Β½-1 inch of space on the edges. Then fold these edges over the berries. ππ₯
5οΈβ£ Brush the edges with egg wash. π₯
6οΈβ£ Bake at 400ΛF (200ΛC) for about 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown. β³
