Description

The No-Bake Banana Split Dessert is a fun and fruity twist on the classic banana split, layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, a creamy cream cheese filling, fresh bananas, sweet crushed pineapple, and topped with fluffy Cool Whip. Finished with crunchy walnuts, maraschino cherries, and a drizzle of rich hot fudge, this dessert is perfect for summer gatherings or any time you want a refreshing, no-bake treat!

8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
4 medium bananas, sliced
20 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
16 oz Cool Whip
1 jar of maraschino cherries
½ cup crushed walnuts
½ cup hot fudge sauce
Crust Ingredients:
12 full graham cracker sheets, finely crushed
9 tablespoons butter, melted
⅓ cup granulated sugar


Instructions

Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and stick together when pressed.
Pour the mixture into the baking dish and firmly press down to form the crust. Set aside.
In another medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
Layer the sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese mixture, pressing them down slightly.
Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas, followed by an even layer of Cool Whip.
Decorate the top with crushed walnuts, maraschino cherries, and a drizzle of hot fudge sauce.
Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight before cutting and serving.
