Ingredients
3 cups crispy rice cereal
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter (can substitute any nut or seed butter)
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil (can substitute for grass-fed butter)
Instructions
Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Place crispy rice cereal in a large mixing bowl.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Heat until melted, either in the microwave or on the stovetop.
Whisk the melted mixture until smooth and fully combined.
