
No Bake Key Lime Pie in a Jar

Ingredients
1 package graham crackers 📦
2 tbsp butter 🧈
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened 🧀
1/2 can condensed milk (around 7oz) 🥛
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt 🥄
Key lime juice to taste 🍋
Whipped topping (amount depends on jars) 🍦
Limes to garnish 🍈
4 small glass jars 🏺
Instructions
1️⃣ Crush the graham crackers and mix them with 2 tbsp of melted butter. 🥄 (Tip: Use a large ziplock bag to crush the crackers and then mix in a bowl.)
2️⃣ Set the graham cracker mixture aside. 🛑
3️⃣ In a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, condensed milk, Greek yogurt, and key lime juice. Mix on medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy. 🍥 (No stand mixer? Use a whisk and mix vigorously!)
4️⃣ Optional: Add a drop or two of green gel coloring if you want a more vibrant green filling. 🌈
5️⃣ Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes. ❄️
6️⃣ Pour about 1/3 cup of the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each jar and lightly pack them down. Make sure it’s firm but not too hard. 📦
7️⃣ Add the key lime filling on top of the graham cracker layer in each jar. 🍮
8️⃣ Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices. 🍦🍈
