No Bake Key Lime Pie in a Jar

2 tbsp butter ๐Ÿงˆ
1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened ๐Ÿง€
1/2 can condensed milk (around 7oz) ๐Ÿฅ›
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt ๐Ÿฅ„
Key lime juice to taste ๐Ÿ‹
Whipped topping (amount depends on jars) ๐Ÿฆ
Limes to garnish ๐Ÿˆ
4 small glass jars ๐Ÿบ


Instructions

1๏ธโƒฃ Crush the graham crackers and mix them with 2 tbsp of melted butter. ๐Ÿฅ„ (Tip: Use a large ziplock bag to crush the crackers and then mix in a bowl.)

2๏ธโƒฃ Set the graham cracker mixture aside. ๐Ÿ›‘

3๏ธโƒฃ In a stand mixer, combine the softened cream cheese, condensed milk, Greek yogurt, and key lime juice. Mix on medium speed for about 5 minutes until smooth and creamy. ๐Ÿฅ (No stand mixer? Use a whisk and mix vigorously!)

4๏ธโƒฃ Optional: Add a drop or two of green gel coloring if you want a more vibrant green filling. ๐ŸŒˆ

5๏ธโƒฃ Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 10 minutes. โ„๏ธ

6๏ธโƒฃ Pour about 1/3 cup of the crushed graham crackers into the bottom of each jar and lightly pack them down. Make sure itโ€™s firm but not too hard. ๐Ÿ“ฆ

7๏ธโƒฃ Add the key lime filling on top of the graham cracker layer in each jar. ๐Ÿฎ

8๏ธโƒฃ Top with whipped topping and garnish with lime slices. ๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿˆ
