It’s perfect for any fall celebration or when you want to impress with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • Pecan Nut Pie Crust: 1 pre-prepared crust
  • Dream Whip: 1 box (2 small packets)
  • Whole milk: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Cream cheese, softened: 16 ounces
  • Powdered sugar: 2 cups
  • Pumpkin purée: 15 ounces
  • Vanilla pudding mix: 6.8 ounces (2 small boxes)
  • Whole milk: 3/4 cup
  • Pumpkin pie spice: 2 teaspoons
  • Dream Whip: 1 cup
  • Chopped pecans: 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Crust Preparation: Prepare and bake the pecan nut pie crust as per package instructions. Allow the crust to cool completely before assembling the layers.
  2. Prepare Cream Cheese Filling: Whisk together the Dream Whip, milk, and vanilla as per the package instructions until fluffy. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Combine the Dream Whip mixture, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Continue to whisk until creamy and well blended.
  3. Assemble Cream Cheese Layer: Spread approximately 3 cups of the cream cheese filling evenly over the cooled pecan crust.
  4. Prepare Pumpkin Filling: Mix the pumpkin purée, vanilla pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth. Layer this filling over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Add Topping and Chill: Top with the remaining Dream Whip and sprinkle chopped pecans across the top. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to let the dessert set perfectly.
