No-Churn Ice Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream 🥛
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 🥄
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 🌿


Instructions

1️⃣ Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer or stand mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip. The cream should stand when you pull the beaters out. 🥄

2️⃣ Combine Ingredients: In another large bowl, whisk the vanilla extract into the sweetened condensed milk. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula. Make sure to fold, not mix, to keep the mixture light and airy. 🍯

3️⃣ Add Mix-Ins (Optional): If you want to create different flavors, you can add mix-ins such as chopped cookies, chocolate chips, or fruit at this stage. Gently fold them into the ice cream base. 🍪🍫🍓

4️⃣ Freeze: Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. Cover tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until the ice cream is set. 🍨❄️
