These Homemade Nutella Pop Tarts are a fun and delicious treat that combines the rich, creamy taste of Nutella with a flaky pie crust. Topped with a smooth white chocolate drizzle and colorful sprinkles, these pop tarts are not only tasty but also visually appealing. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a sweet dessert, they’re sure to be a hit with both kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale

1 box refrigerated pie crusts
1 cup Nutella
½ cup white chocolate melts
¼ cup chocolate melts
2 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Pie Crusts: Unroll both pie crusts. Cut out 8 rectangles measuring 3 inches by 4 inches from each pie crust. You may need to re-roll the dough to get all 8 rectangles.
Fill with Nutella: Spread the Nutella evenly over 8 of the rectangles, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Top each Nutella-covered rectangle with a plain rectangle. Press the edges together with your fingers, then use a fork to crimp the edges to seal the tarts.
Bake the Pop Tarts: Gently place the prepared tarts on the lined baking sheet. Use a knife to cut a few small slits in the top of each tart to allow steam to escape. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until the tarts are a light golden brown.
Cool the Tarts: Let the pop tarts cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Decorate with Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate and regular chocolate in two separate bowls according to the package directions. Spread the melted white chocolate over the tops of the cooled tarts. Spoon the melted chocolate into a ziplock bag, snip off a small corner, and drizzle it over the white chocolate.
Add Sprinkles: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the tops of the tarts with sprinkles. Allow the chocolate to set completely before storing the pop tarts in a sealed container.
