Ingredients
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1⅓ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons lemon zest
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ teaspoon lemon extract
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a square 8×8-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until crumbly.
