- 8 ounces white chocolate almond bark or chocolate chips
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate almond bark or chocolate chips
- Christmas sprinkles for decoration
- Milk Chocolate Candy Melts
- White Chocolate Candy Melts
- Red and Green Food Coloring

- Prepare the Oreo Mixture: Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are finely crumbled. Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract to the crumbled cookies and process until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
- Chill the Mixture: Transfer the cookie mixture to a bowl and place it in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up. This makes the mixture easier to handle in the next steps.
- Form the Truffles: After chilling, use a cookie scoop to portion the dough into small balls. Roll each portion between your palms to smooth them out, then arrange them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the Truffles: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the truffles set for 15-30 minutes. This step ensures they hold their shape when dipped into the chocolate.
- Melt the Chocolates: Melt the white chocolate, milk chocolate, and semisweet chocolate separately in microwave-safe bowls, using 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
- Color the White Chocolate: Divide the melted white chocolate into three separate bowls. In the first bowl, add a few drops of green food coloring; in the second, a few drops of red; and leave the third bowl plain.
