2 pounds chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on) 🍗

For the Sauce:
2 tablespoons olive oil 🫒
1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons honey 🍯
6 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄
¼ teaspoon red pepper flake
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 425℉ (220℃). 🔥
2️⃣ Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and season them generously with salt and pepper. 🧂🍗
3️⃣ Whisk all the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. 🥄
4️⃣ Pour the sauce over the thighs and toss them well to ensure they are evenly coated. 🍯🍗
5️⃣ Transfer the chicken thighs to a 9×13 inch baking dish, including any remaining sauce. No need to grease the dish. 🍽️
6️⃣ Transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for about 35 minutes or until the chicken thighs have an internal temperature of 165℉ (74℃) and the skin is crispy. ⏳🍗
7️⃣ Transfer the chicken to a serving plate, cover with aluminum foil, and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. 🕒🍽️
