Ingredients
4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions
