4 large potatoes, sliced into rounds

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
