This Peach Sorbet is the ultimate summer delight, combining the natural sweetness of ripe peaches with a hint of tangy lemon. It’s incredibly easy to make, requiring no ice cream maker, and results in a perfectly smooth and refreshing dessert.
Ingredients

8 ripe yellow peaches (fresh or frozen), 800g sliced and peeled
200g caster sugar (see notes)
1 tbsp lemon juice, to taste (see notes)
Instructions
Slice the peaches into 8 pieces and peel each slice.
Place the peach slices in the bowl of a food processor along with the sugar, and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
Once smooth, add lemon juice to taste.
Freeze for 6-7 hours or until firm.
