Ingredients
2 cups old fashioned oats
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 cups skim milk
2–3 large ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, & diced
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
Stir everything together until evenly combined.
Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours, but up to overnight.
Serve the overnight oats hot or cold, topped with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
