Description

These Peanut Butter Chocolate Oat Cups are a perfect blend of sweet, salty, and crunchy textures. The oats provide a hearty base, while the creamy peanut butter layer adds richness, and the dark chocolate topping gives a touch of indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale

For the base:
70g rolled oats (use gluten-free if necessary)
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter or nut butter of choice
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
For the peanut butter layer:
100g smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
For the chocolate topping:
70g dark chocolate, melted
Optional: drizzle of melted Biscoff spread

Instructions

In a bowl, mix all the base ingredients until well combined.
Press the mixture into a 6-cup silicone muffin tray. Freeze for 15 minutes to set.
While the base is chilling, mix the peanut butter and maple syrup in a small bowl to create the middle layer.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled oat bases, then top with melted dark chocolate.
Optionally, drizzle with melted Biscoff spread for an extra touch.
Refrigerate the cups until they are fully hardened.
Enjoy these delicious treats straight from the fridge!
