- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves, toasted, chopped, and divided
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust (or Graham cracker crust)

- Step 1: Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture Beat the cream cheese and brown sugar together in a large bowl using an electric mixer until the mixture achieves a smooth and creamy consistency. Blend in the maple syrup and salt until well incorporated. Set this mixture aside.
