- Mix Milk and Extract: In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk with the peppermint extract.

- Shape the Peppermints: Roll the dough into balls, place them on the prepared sheet, and flatten into thick discs.
- Freezing: Freeze the tray of mint discs for 1 hour to firm up.
