10 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers or White Chocolate
8 graham crackers
Crushed peppermint (for topping)


Instructions

Place the Ghirardelli White Chocolate Melting Wafers in a microwave-safe container.
Microwave the chocolate for 1 minute. Stir thoroughly (the product keeps its original shape until stirred). If the chocolate is not completely melted, continue to microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth. Be careful not to overheat as this can cause the chocolate to burn.
Dip each graham cracker one at a time into the melted chocolate, using a fork to coat both sides. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
Place the coated graham crackers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint over the top of each graham cracker while the chocolate is still wet.
Let the graham crackers sit at room temperature until the chocolate is set.
