Ingredients
3 bagels
3 oz vegan pepperoni
1/3 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 cup vegan mozzarella, shredded
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 420°F (215°C).
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the tomato sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the bagels in half and place them on the baking sheet.
Spread about 3 teaspoons of the prepared sauce on each bagel half.
Top each with approximately 2 tablespoons of vegan mozzarella and 3 slices of vegan pepperoni.
Bake for about 8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
