2 tablespoons Red Pesto
4 cloves Garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
A small bunch of Parsley, chopped
Instructions

Divide the pizza dough into 8 portions. Flatten each ball slightly and place a little red pesto and one cube of mozzarella in the center.
Fold the edges of the dough over the filling and roll it into a sealed ball.
Arrange the dough balls on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Mix half the garlic with the melted butter and brush this mixture over each dough ball.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, checking from 15 minutes to ensure they don’t overcook.
Combine the remaining butter and garlic with the chopped parsley, and drizzle over the baked dough balls before serving.
