Ingredients
2 large Yukon Gold potatoes (chopped into bite-sized pieces) π₯
1 large green bell pepper (chopped into bite-sized pieces) π«
1/2 cup yellow onion (diced) π§
1 cup brown mushrooms (thinly sliced) π
3 tablespoons olive oil π«
1 lb lean ground beef π₯©
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce πΆ
2 tablespoons ketchup π
1/2 teaspoon paprika πΆοΈ
1/2 teaspoon onion powder π§
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder π§
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper πΆοΈ
1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning πΏ
Salt and pepper to taste π§
6 slices Provolone cheese π§
Instructions
1οΈβ£ Preheat the grill or oven:
Grill: Preheat to 525-550Β°F (275-290Β°C).
Oven: Preheat to 400Β°F (200Β°C). π‘π₯
2οΈβ£ Prepare the foil:
Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil (about 2 feet each).
Lightly grease with cooking spray. π§΄
3οΈβ£ Prepare the veggies:
Combine potatoes, green pepper, onion, and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Add olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. π₯π«π§

In the same bowl, combine ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Divide the veggie mixture evenly among the 4 foil sheets.
Coarsely crumble the meat mixture over the veggies in each foil packet.

Grill: Place packets on the grill, cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 5-10 minutes until veggies are tender.
Oven: Place packets on a large sheet pan, bake for 28-38 minutes. β²οΈ
