1 Β½ cups beef broth
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
8 oz provolone cheese, sliced
For serving:
4 brioche buns, toasted
4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
1οΈβ£ In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and brown the ground beef. Drain the excess fat. π
2οΈβ£ Add the diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender. π§ πΆοΈπ
3οΈβ£ Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine. π₯«
