- 398 mL can of crushed pineapple, thoroughly drained
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 2 cups of unsweetened fine desiccated coconut, plus extra for rolling
- ½ cup of graham splitter crumbs
- 3-ounce packet of pineapple-flavored Jello

- 1. Drain the Pineapple Ensure the crushed pineapple is very well drained to prevent excess moisture in the mixture. Press the pineapple in a sieve or use a paper towel to absorb as much liquid as possible.
- 2. Mix Cream Cheese and Pineapple In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese with the well-drained pineapple until evenly mixed.
- 3. Add Jello and Graham Crumbs Sprinkle the packet of pineapple-flavored Jello into the cream cheese and pineapple mixture, stir thoroughly. Follow with the graham splitter crumbs, mixing until fully incorporated.
- 4. Incorporate the Coconut Add 2 cups of desiccated coconut to the mixture, stirring until all ingredients are evenly combined and the mixture is firm enough to shape into balls.
