Description

This Pink Hot Chocolate is a delightful twist on a classic winter beverage. Made with a creamy blend of whole and evaporated milk, melted white chocolate, and a hint of pink from red food coloring, it’s as delicious as it is visually appealing. Topped with whipped cream and sprinkles, this charming drink is perfect for cozy evenings, Valentine’s Day, or whenever you need a little pop of color in your cup.

Ingredients

Scale

3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 drops red food coloring
Whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring the evaporated milk and whole milk to a boil. Keep a close eye on the milk to prevent it from boiling over.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add in the white chocolate chips. Stir until all the white chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Slowly add the red food coloring, one drop at a time, until you achieve a soft pink color. Mix well to ensure even coloring.
Pour the hot chocolate into your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired, for an extra touch of sweetness and fun!
