Ingredients
3/4 cup evaporated milk
2 cups whole milk
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 drops red food coloring
Whipped cream (optional)
Sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
In a saucepan, over medium heat, bring the evaporated milk and whole milk to a boil. Keep a close eye on the milk to prevent it from boiling over.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add in the white chocolate chips. Stir until all the white chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
Slowly add the red food coloring, one drop at a time, until you achieve a soft pink color. Mix well to ensure even coloring.
Pour the hot chocolate into your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired, for an extra touch of sweetness and fun!
