- Prepare an 8×8 square baking pan by lining it with foil. Ensure there is enough overhang for easy removal of the fudge once set.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, butter, and water. Microwave on high for 1 minute then stir. If necessary, continue heating in 30-second increments until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate chips are fully melted.
- Add the instant pistachio pudding mix to the melted chocolate mixture and stir until fully integrated.
- Gradually include the powdered sugar, adding one cup at a time, and mixing well between each addition.
- Fold the shelled pistachios into the mixture, ensuring even distribution.
