Pistachio Pudding Bread
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Cup White Sugar
2/3 Cup 2% Milk
1 Package Jell-O Pistachio Pudding Mix
Icing (OPTIONAL):
1/4 Cup Chopped Pistachios
1 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tbsp 2% Milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and butter. Add milk, pistachio pudding mix, baking powder, and salt, mixing well.
Gradually fold in flour until smooth. Pour into loaf pan.
Bake 40-50 minutes. Cool before serving.
