Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
½ cup vanilla protein powder
¼ cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup non-dairy milk (more as needed)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour and vanilla protein powder.
Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds to soften it, making it easier to mix.
Add the melted peanut butter, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix with a rubber spatula until everything is combined. If the mixture is too thick, add 1-2 more tablespoons of non-dairy milk as needed.
Fold in the chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
