2 tablespoons minced garlic π§

Instructions
1οΈβ£ In a small bowl, combine the softened butter with the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well. π΄
2οΈβ£ Lightly sprinkle a work surface with flour and gently unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet. Roll it out slightly if needed. Spread 3/4 of the butter mixture evenly over the entire pastry sheet. π₯
3οΈβ£ Roll up the pastry sheet tightly into a log shape. Cover with plastic wrap (saran wrap) and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up. βοΈ
4οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with butter. π₯
5οΈβ£ Once the pastry has chilled, remove it from the fridge and slice it into 1-inch thick rolls. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving 1-2 inches of space between each one. Brush the tops with the remaining butter mixture. π₯π
6οΈβ£ Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed. If you have any butter mixture left, brush the tops of the rolls again after baking. Enjoy warm! π
