- 16 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 tbsp. Additional Graham cracker crumbs, reserved for topping
- 2 tbsp. Pecans, finely chopped
- Sundae Caramel Syrup, chilled, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, mix the honey graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then allow to cool completely.
- Mix the Pumpkin Layer In another large bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix, whole milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice until the mixture thickens. Gently fold in one cup of Cool Whip until smooth. Spread this pumpkin mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Add the Final Layers Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the pumpkin layer, creating a smooth top. Sprinkle with the reserved graham cracker crumbs and chopped pecans. Drizzle with chilled caramel syrup for a finishing touch.
