Quick and Easy Dinner Rolls ๐
Ingredients

- 2 packages of Active Yeast ๐พ
- 1 tsp sugar ๐ฌ
- 1/2 cup melted butter ๐ง
- 3 eggs ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
- 1/3 cup sugar ๐ฌ
- 1 tsp salt ๐ง
- 4 cups flour ๐พ
Instructions
- Activate the Yeast:
- In a large bowl, combine warm water with yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. โณ
- Mix Wet Ingredients:
- Using your mixer with the dough hook attached, combine melted butter, 1/3 cup sugar, eggs, and salt. ๐ฅ
