2 packages of Active Yeast πΎ
1 tsp sugar π¬
1/2 cup melted butter π§
3 eggs π₯π₯π₯
1/3 cup sugar π¬
1 tsp salt π§

Instructions
1οΈβ£ In a large bowl, combine warm water with yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. β³
2οΈβ£ Using your mixer with the dough hook attached, combine melted butter, 1/3 cup sugar, eggs, and salt. π₯
3οΈβ£ Add in the yeast mixture and mix to combine. π
4οΈβ£ Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing between each cup. When the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl, youβve added enough flour. You should need about 4 cups total, give or take a little. π
5οΈβ£ Place the dough on a lightly floured clean working surface and knead for a minute or two. β
6οΈβ£ Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces, then roll each piece into a smooth round ball. β½
7οΈβ£ Prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it. π§΄
8οΈβ£ Place the dough balls into the pan, leaving equal space between each round ball. π
9οΈβ£ Cover the rolls and let them rise for about 60-90 minutes, or until doubled. π±

1οΈβ£1οΈβ£ Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Brush with melted butter. π―
