Ingredients
1 cup warm water ๐ง
2 packages of Active Yeast ๐พ
1 tsp sugar ๐ฌ
1/2 cup melted butter ๐ง
3 eggs ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
1/3 cup sugar ๐ฌ
1 tsp salt ๐ง
4 cups flour ๐พ
Instructions
1๏ธโฃ In a large bowl, combine warm water with yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. โณ
2๏ธโฃ Using your mixer with the dough hook attached, combine melted butter, 1/3 cup sugar, eggs, and salt. ๐ฅ
3๏ธโฃ Add in the yeast mixture and mix to combine. ๐
4๏ธโฃ Add flour, 1 cup at a time, mixing between each cup. When the dough starts to pull away from the sides of the bowl, youโve added enough flour. You should need about 4 cups total, give or take a little. ๐
5๏ธโฃ Place the dough on a lightly floured clean working surface and knead for a minute or two. โ
6๏ธโฃ Divide the dough into 24 equal pieces, then roll each piece into a smooth round ball. โฝ
7๏ธโฃ Prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it. ๐งด
8๏ธโฃ Place the dough balls into the pan, leaving equal space between each round ball. ๐
9๏ธโฃ Cover the rolls and let them rise for about 60-90 minutes, or until doubled. ๐ฑ
๐ Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). ๐ฅ
1๏ธโฃ1๏ธโฃ Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown. Brush with melted butter. ๐ฏ
