  • Author: Dulcia

Description

These Raspberry Lemonade Electrolyte Gummies are a refreshing, hydrating snack perfect for active days or a quick energy boost. The vibrant flavors of raspberry and lemon come together in chewy, bite-sized gummies that not only taste great but also help replenish your electrolytes after workouts or on hot days.

Ingredients

Scale

1 scoop electrolyte powder (raspberry lemonade flavor)
2 tablespoons gelatin
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup water
1 silicone mold of your choice

Instructions

In a small saucepan, add 1 cup of water and sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of gelatin on top. Let it sit for a few minutes to allow the gelatin to “bloom.” It may appear grainy, but whisk gently until the mixture is fully combined.
Place the saucepan over low heat and continue whisking until the gelatin dissolves into a clear liquid. Be sure the water is hot, but do not let it boil.
Transfer the gelatin mixture into a 2-cup measuring cup. Whisk in the juice of one lemon and the scoop of raspberry lemonade electrolyte powder until everything is fully combined.
Carefully pour the mixture into your silicone mold, making sure it’s evenly portioned.
Place the mold in the fridge and let it set for at least one hour before removing the gummies from the mold.
Store the raspberry lemonade electrolyte gummies in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
