1 red bell pepper
12 yellow squash
1 zucchini
1/4 medium red onion
1 cup broccoli
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

Cut up the red bell pepper, yellow squash, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli into similar-sized chunks.
