Ingredients
4 corn cobs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Prep the corn: snap cobs in half, then slice lengthwise through the cob. Slice again into quarters.
In a ziplock bag, or large bowl, mix corn, olive oil, and spices until evenly coated.
Place corn in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 25-35 minutes, or until desired browning.
