2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Panko bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (or swap for fresh roasted garlic)


Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Panko bread crumbs, salt, and garlic powder. Toss until the green beans are evenly coated.
Spread the green beans out in a single layer on a large, rimmed baking sheet.
