1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (10-oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
1½ cups Bisquick
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Place all ingredients in the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment. Mix until well combined.
Scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment paper-lined rimmed baking sheet.
Bake for 18 – 20 minutes, or until brown.
