1 lb ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
2 bell peppers, diced
8 oz pasta noodles
10 oz can Rotel tomatoes
8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 oz Blanco Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheese
Seasonings: 1 tsp season salt, 1 tsp lemon pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp taco seasoning, 1 tsp Slap Ya Mama seasoning, 1 tsp Accent
1 cup heavy whipping cream


Instructions

Cook Pasta: Cook pasta noodles according to package instructions until al dente, drain and set aside.
Brown Meat: In a large skillet, cook ground chuck over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Sauté Vegetables: Add chopped onions and diced bell peppers to the skillet with meat; sauté until soft.
Add Rotel and Seasonings: Stir in Rotel tomatoes with juice and all seasonings. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Melt Cheese: Lower heat, add cubed Velveeta and Blanco Velveeta cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Combine with Cream: Pour heavy whipping cream into skillet, mixing well.
Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add cooked pasta to skillet, tossing to coat evenly with sauce.
Add Shredded Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover with a lid, and let sit on low heat until cheese melts.
