Ingredients
For the Salmon Patties:
16 ounces flaked cooked salmon (4 cups loosely packed) or 2 cans (roughly 14.75 ounces) of canned salmon π

cups almond flour π°

2 cloves garlic, chopped π§π§
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice ππ

Neutral oil for pan-frying π’οΈ
For the Lemon-Garlic Sauce:
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise π₯
Β½ cup plain Greek yogurt π₯
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice π
1 clove garlic, chopped π§
1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish πΏ
Instructions
For the Lemon Garlic Sauce:
1οΈβ£ Add all sauce ingredients to a small bowl and stir well to combine. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to serve. Optional: garnish sauce with fresh parsley, Old Bay seasoning, and/or freshly cracked black pepper when serving. πΏπ§πΆοΈ
For the Salmon Patties:
1οΈβ£ Flake 4 cups (16 ounces) of loosely packed cooked salmon into a medium bowl. (If using canned salmon, this will be 2 cans or approximately 14.75 ounces). π
2οΈβ£ Add eggs, onion, almond flour, parsley, garlic, sea salt, and freshly cracked black pepper to the bowl with flaked salmon. Gently stir together ingredients until well combined. π₯π§ π°πΏπ§π§πΆοΈ
3οΈβ£ Use a disher to scoop out 2-ounce (ΒΌ cup) scoops of the salmon mixture from the bowl into your hands. Gently press and form the salmon mixture into patty shapes and place on parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture has been formed into patties. π
4οΈβ£ Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add neutral oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the skillet. Once the oil is hot and shimmering, place salmon patties in the skillet, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Work in batches as needed. π₯
5οΈβ£ Cook the salmon patties for 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown, then flip and repeat for another 5 minutes or so. Transfer the pan-fried salmon patties to a plate and repeat the process until all patties have been pan-fried. π³
6οΈβ£ Garnish the salmon patties with additional fresh parsley, lemon wedges, and lemon-garlic sauce. Serve immediately. πΏππ½οΈ
