90 Club crackers
1 cup salted butter
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Maldon sea salt for finishing


Instructions

Prepare a 9×13 inch pan by lining it with parchment paper and spraying with non-stick spray.
Arrange a layer of Club crackers on the bottom of the pan.
In a heavy saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar, graham crumbs, and heavy cream over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Boil for 7 minutes.
Pour half of the caramel mixture over the crackers, top with another layer of crackers.
Repeat with remaining caramel and another layer of crackers.
Chill the setup in the refrigerator.
For the topping, mix chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter. Microwave and stir until smooth, then spread over the crackers. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Chill for 1-2 hours, then cut into bars using the parchment paper to lift them out.
