1/2 cup (100g) packed brown sugar

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
2/3 cup (55g) unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp (30ml) milk
1 1/2 cups (270g) dark chocolate chips
18 chocolate-coated caramels (e.g., Rolos)
Flaky sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
Chill the cookie dough for at least 3 hours.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to wet. Incorporate milk and chocolate chips.
