Ingredients
¾ cup flour
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp garlic powder
¾ cup whole milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup mini pepperoni
4-oz sausage, cooked and crumbled
½ cup pizza sauce for dipping
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 24-cup mini-muffin pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and garlic powder. Whisk in the milk and egg until smooth. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, mini pepperoni, and cooked sausage. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes.
Spoon the batter into the prepared mini-muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the puffs have risen and are golden brown.
Warm the pizza sauce in a microwave or on the stove and serve alongside the pizza puffs for dipping.
