  • 1 lb of sausage
  • 1 lb of Velveeta cheese
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of onion powder
  • 24 slider buns

Instructions

  1. Cooking the Meat: Begin by placing a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and sausage, breaking them up with a spatula. Cook until both meats are thoroughly browned and fully cooked. Ensure to stir occasionally to prevent burning and ensure even cooking. Once done, carefully drain off the excess grease from the skillet.
  2. Preparing the Cheese Mixture: In a separate saucepan, combine the browned meat, Velveeta cheese, onion powder, and black pepper.
