- 14.5 oz vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/3 cups instant rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons parsley for garnishing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F. In a casserole dish, combine the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary, tossing them to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Place the sweet potatoes in the oven and roast for about 30 minutes, or until they become tender.
- While the sweet potatoes are roasting, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Once browned, add the diced onion and continue cooking until the onion softens.
