  • 1 lb fresh jumbo shells
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 scallion stalks
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Garlic Herb seasoning
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup Panko crumbs (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups microplaned Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta shells.
  3. Mince the garlic and chop the scallions.
  4. Cook the jumbo shells for five minutes, then drain and rinse with cool water.
  5. Sauté the garlic and scallions in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Mix chopped shrimp, spinach, sautéed garlic and scallions, crab meat, egg, Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and Panko crumbs in a bowl.
  7. Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking pan.
  8. Warm heavy cream in a skillet, whisk in remaining Parmesan and black pepper to make Alfredo sauce, then pour over the stuffed shells.
  9. Sprinkle extra Panko crumbs on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
