- 1 lb fresh jumbo shells
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 scallion stalks
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Garlic Herb seasoning
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup Panko crumbs (plus extra for topping)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups microplaned Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil for the pasta shells.
- Mince the garlic and chop the scallions.
- Cook the jumbo shells for five minutes, then drain and rinse with cool water.
- Sauté the garlic and scallions in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix chopped shrimp, spinach, sautéed garlic and scallions, crab meat, egg, Old Bay seasoning, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, and Panko crumbs in a bowl.
- Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place in a baking pan.
- Warm heavy cream in a skillet, whisk in remaining Parmesan and black pepper to make Alfredo sauce, then pour over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle extra Panko crumbs on top and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
