For serving:

1/3 cup toasted sliced almonds 🌰
1/3 cup roasted cashews halves πŸ₯œ
Sesame seeds
Extra cilantro 🌿
Extra green onion πŸ§…
A few jalapeno slices 🌢️
Optional: Crispy wonton strips πŸ₯Ÿ


Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the chicken using this grilled sesame chicken recipe. πŸ—

2️⃣ Make the sesame ginger dressing and set it aside. πŸ₯£

3️⃣ Assemble the salad: In a large bowl, add the green and red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrots, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Pour dressing all over the salad and toss to combine and coat all the veggies. Cover and set aside while you bake or grill your chicken according to the recipe. πŸ₯—
