2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch florets
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
4 medium cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a large sheet pan.
Place sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on the sheet pan.
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, until sauce thickens slightly, stirring occasionally.
Drizzle the sauce over the sausage and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
